Jon Shave is a twice Grammy-nominated and Ivor Novello Award-nominated songwriter and music producer whose work has generated over 23 billion cross-platform streams and millions of record sales worldwide.
Known for creating culturally defining pop records alongside global commercial hits, Jon has built one of the most diverse and influential catalogues of his generation.
His career began as a member of Xenomania in the 2000s, before co-founding hit-making collective The Invisible Men in 2008. Since launching his solo career as a songwriter and producer in recent years, Jon has continued to operate at the highest level across pop, alternative and electronic music.
Highlights include co-writing four songs on Brat by Charli xcx, “Hot & Sexy” for Zara Larsson’s Midnight Sun, “Fix A Drink” for global K-pop phenomenon TWICE, Benjamin Ingrosso’s Swedish #1 single “Kite”, "Friday" by Riton (1B+ streams), "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea (seven weeks at US #1, 9× US Platinum, 1B+ YouTube views), and "Hot Right Now" by DJ Fresh, the first drum ’n’ bass single to top the UK chart.
His catalogue also spans collaborations with artists including Zayn, Lil Peep, Jessie Ware, Raye, Ellie Goulding, Britney Spears, JADE, Offset, Loreen, Rita Ora, Madison Beer, Lily Allen, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and emerging voices including Flowerovlove and SISTRA.
Beyond records, Jon’s work in film and television includes producing music for Belvedere Vodka’s global campaign starring Daniel Craig, and producing two songs performed by Miley Cyrus for the Black Mirror episode “Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too”.
In 2026, Jon was awarded an honorary Doctor of Music by the University of Liverpool in recognition of his contribution to popular music.
